Our Story
TwentyTwo Capital Partners was born out of undertaking the Executive MBA at Cambridge where Managing Partner Andrew pursued the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) elective, which marked the beginning of his journey in the ETA space. Through this path, he connected with various members of the ETA community and launched the Search Fund in Spring 2025 to identify high-potential UK based SMEs to create long-term value through a collaborative, hands-on, and strategically driven approach.
Andrew is a qualified management accountant with over 13 years of experience spanning the manufacturing, infrastructure, and FMCG sectors. He has managed portfolios comprising up to 60 SME-sized entities and led finance teams of up to 40 professionals. A people-oriented leader, Andrew is committed to fostering environments where individuals can thrive and has successfully implemented integrated systems across finance, HR/payroll, and labour costing functions. He is also a former semi-professional rugby player and a strong advocate for health and wellbeing.
Andrew is currently providing financial consultancy services to owner-operated SME's in the FMCG and Industrial Equipment industries to support the Search Fund and gain invaluable hands-on experience.
