Evani and Andrew met while undertaking their Executive MBA at Cambridge and have known each other for the past three years. During the programme, Andrew pursued the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) elective, which marked the beginning of his journey in the ETA space. Through this path, he connected with various members of the cohort, including Evani. At the same time, Evani was independently initiating the process of acquiring another business. Recognising the strength of their complementary skill sets and shared values, they chose to partner. Together, they are committed to identifying high-potential UK SMEs and creating long-term value through a collaborative, hands-on, and strategically driven approach.
Andrew is a qualified management accountant with over 13 years of experience spanning the manufacturing, infrastructure, and FMCG sectors. He has managed portfolios comprising up to 60 SME-sized entities and led finance teams of up to 40 professionals. A people-oriented leader, Andrew is committed to fostering environments where individuals can thrive and has successfully implemented integrated systems across finance, HR/payroll, and labour costing functions. He is also a former semi-professional rugby player and a strong advocate for health and wellbeing.
Evani possesses over 25 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and independent contractor, with a specialised focus on digital transformation initiatives across a broad range of industries in both the public and private sectors, and across multiple countries. Her professional engagements have included work with both small enterprises and large multinational corporations, managing projects with varying budget scales. Evani has personally acquired and grown several businesses using her own capital, and has successfully productised and commercialised offerings, some of which have gone on to win industry awards. In addition to her professional endeavours, she serves as a Civil Instructor with a local air cadet squadron, is a school governor, and is actively engaged in supporting local charitable initiatives.
